THE GROUP

Uzo Shia roughly translates to Path (Igbo) Home (Ga). This group was formed out of many creative and practical endeavours on my journey back to the continent, to bridge the gap between global opportunities, diasporans, African talent, hospitality, and resources. Every business under this name runs on the same standard: systems, quality, and trying harder, always.

Hi, I'm Rhoda

I'm the founder of Uzo Shia - building businesses that create practical solutions, open doors and bring people to home. 

I started my career as an Office Manager, then trained as an Executive Assistant, going on to support multi-million dollar companies from Series A through to pre-IPO.
